Working with us will allow you to assist people with developmental disabilities; and
help them to have access to opportunities where they can build safe, healthy, and meaningful lives in the community.

Help us to provide care for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, and other developmental disabilities. Our starting wages are between $12.75/hour and $16.75/hour depending on education, experience and location.

Training and Certifications

CICL provides all necessary and supplemental training for employees at no cost. This includes in-house medicine administration, FirstAid, CPR, AED and supplemental training such as insulin and G-Tube.

Full Time (34+ hrs/week)

  • Full time in as little as 2 days per week
  • Set schedules
